SOS Service will deliver your project as collectively agreed upon. If for some reason that a project is undeliverable within the deadline specified and is not related to client delay, final billing will be adjusted to reflect a 5% discount.
To clearly define our business relationship and to prevent confusion pertaining to payroll taxation, prior to work commencing under any fee schedule, a signed contract agreement will be required.

HOURLY FEE SCHEDULE- Fees are rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment. You will receive an invoice bi-weekly or upon completion of assignment/project via e-mail. Payment is due no later than 10 days from invoice date. Please see LATE PAYMENTS.
PROJECT FEE SCHEDULE- Work contracted on a project basis requires a 50% deposit prior to work commencing. Balance is due upon completion. Payment is due no later than 10 days from invoice date. Please see LATE PAYMENTS.
RETAINER FEE SCHEDULE- A retainer option is available for long term assignments or on a continuing basis. Work may begin after an agreement contract is signed and retainer fee is received. Retainer fees apply to the month specified in the signed agreement contract. If the hours allotted per the agreement contract are unused, a maximum of three unused, paid hours are subject to rollover hours. If over hours occur, exceeding hours will be calculated at hourly and will be billed in the next bi-weekly billing cycle. Payment is due no later than 10 days from invoice date. REFUNDS
Conditions: Full Refund
A request for refund must be received in writing. A written request via e-mail is acceptable. A full refund will be granted within 48 hours of receipt of deposit. A full refund will be granted if work has not commenced. Full refunds apply only to project based work.

A request for refund must be received in writing. A written request via e-mail is acceptable. A partial refund will be granted for work in progress within 48 hours of receipt of deposit. Refund will be prorated at hourly rate of level of work requested for actual time spent on project. Partial refunds apply only to project based work.

WE AND OUR ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.
